Here we go again folks!
Further to the Government’s announcement regarding further restrictions to contain the spread of the coronavirus, we are forced to close our doors for Thai Bodywork appointments from Thursday 5th November to Tuesday 2nd December.
I was hopeful that some mooted changes to the NHS Allied Professions list would allow me to continue to operate, but unfortunately at time of writing this has not transpired. Grateful thanks to my clients for your patience while I awaited clarification on this.
Just as with the previous lockdown, for clients who had bookings between the two dates above, the moment I am given the go ahead to reopen I will be in touch to reschedule those with you.
For those with bookings after December 2nd, assume that those are still going ahead as scheduled unless you hear from me.
I have expanded and added to our online services to ensure that I can help you keep your bodies ticking over until we see each other in person again:
- Online consultations are still going on as normal and slot availability for these sessions has been extended. A 30 minute session for emergency troubleshooting of specific issues such as back pain, neck stiffness, etc. has also been added.
- Self Massage & Mobilise classes have a new timetable during this period, with more days to choose from.
- The Morning Kickstarter will be running twice a week during November for those who want to start their day with some meditation with a sprinkle of Thai Yoga.
- Additional free resources are being added to the client dashboard at time of writing, with more coming over the next few weeks.
All of the above will be available via the website from tomorrow morning (Thursday 5th November).
This is obviously not a situation any of us would have chosen. Many are burned out and struggling and it is important that we continue to look out for each other over the next few weeks.
One step at a time, folks. We can do this.
