Self care and meditation classes, taught online via Zoom.
Self Massage & Mobilise
Based on reusi dat ton (Thai Yoga) and knowledge drawn from 25 years of physical therapy practice, you will learn:
- Easy to learn and safe to use self massage techniques
- Range of movement exercises for the joints
- Simple stretches to encourage circulation and alleviate tight muscles
- Basic mindfulness and breathing techniques to reeducate the signals from brain to muscle and help improve discomfort levels.
This is a general ability class. If you have any special requirements and/or would prefer to work with Ana 1-to-1, please check out her online consultations.
- 11am – 12pm Legs & Feet
- 12.30pm – 1.30pm Hips to Head
Short and sweet sessions blending a semi-guided meditation with breathing and a dynamic seated Thai Yoga posture. Designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. Pyjamas and bedheads welcome!
