Self Massage & Mobilise
Based on reusi dat ton (Thai Yoga) and knowledge drawn from nearly 30 years of physical therapy practice, you will learn:
- Easy to learn and safe to use self massage techniques
- Range of movement exercises for the joints
- Simple stretches to encourage circulation and alleviate tight muscles
This is a general ability class.
Breathwork
Short and sweet 30 minute sessions, blending breathwork and gentle movement. Suitable for all.
