Self Massage & Mobilise


10am Legs & Feet

11.30am Hips to Head

Based on reusi dat ton (Thai Yoga) and knowledge drawn from 25 years of physical therapy practice, you will learn:

  • Easy to learn and safe to use self massage techniques
  • Range of movement exercises for the joints
  • Simple stretches to encourage circulation and alleviate tight muscles
  • Basic mindfulness and breathing techniques to reeducate the signals from brain to muscle and help improve discomfort levels.

This is a general ability class. If you are one of our Thai Bodywork clients and would prefer to work with Ana 1-to-1, please check out her online consultations.

Evening Wind Down 7.30pm

Short and sweet 30 minute sessions, blending a guided/semi-guided meditation with breathwork and a sprinkling of Thai Yoga. Designed for both beginners and experienced mediators alike. Choose from our Early Bird and Evening Wind Down sessions.
