Client SOS: Login Help

It has come to our attention that one or two of you can be a little overwhelmed when it comes to Doing Stuff On The Internet. So if this is you and you are having trouble logging in to your dashboard and enjoying all the online goodies, worry not. If you have made it this far, you’re 99.9% there, and this handy guide should get you the rest of the way.

When you booked your first appointment, you should have received two emails: your booking confirmation  and your login details. There are two ways you can log in, depending on whether you still have that second one or not:

If you have the original email with your login details:

1. Go to (you can also select ‘login’ from the website menu)

2. Enter your username, which is either your name and surname eg Jane Smith or email address, and the password in the email.

3. Voila! You are in!

If you do not have your original login details:

1. Go to

2. Click on the forgot password? link

3. Enter your user name or email (see above).

4. Click Reset Password.

5. Open the password reset email that will be sent to you (check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox) and click on the link or copy/paste it into your browser.

6. Set your new password.

7. Log in using your user name/email and new password.
