We have added an extra session to our little collection of online self care classes.
We love our Early Bird Movement & Meditation classes and by request we have put together a similar class for you lovely Night Owls out there.
Evening Wind Down follows the same format as its morning counterpart. A short and sweet session incorporating a sprinkle of Thai Yoga with breathwork and mindfulness, designed to prepare body and mind for rest.
We think it is the perfect way to round off our new Self Care Friday schedule of classes and online consults. We hope you do too!
