We may be closed for Thai Bodywork treatments for now, but we have you covered with a substantial and rapidly expanding raft of online services and resources during lockdown.
Revised hours for our online classes and consultations are as follows:
Early Bird Movement & Meditation
Kickstart the day with 30 minutes of gently enlivening reusi dat ton (Thai Yoga) exercises, breathwork and semi-guided mindfulness.
- Monday to Friday 6.30am
Self Massage & Mobilise
Our popular self care classes have an extended timetable during this time, with morning and evening sessions to suit your schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday 10am – 12.30
- Tuesday & Thursday 6pm – 8.30pm
- Saturday 9am – 11.30am

Availability of appointments has also been extended, now with the added option of a video recording of your session to continue your practice. More info on how these sessions can assist your self care journey here.
