How to Use

We recommend that you begin by choosing one exercise; take a few days to get used to it before incorporating others in the same way, one at a time.

‘Little and often’ is the key to maximising their benefit, so look for activities and opportunities each day where you can incorporate them into your daily routine. Here are some suggestions, but feel free to work them into your day in a way that feels right for you. Aim towards doing each one a several times a day if possible:

  • When you get out of bed
  • Just before going to bed
  • When you use the bathroom
  • When watching TV
  • At your desk
